Central Division Champs! (or survivors)

YeeHAW! Thanks again, Ted Turner and friends!  The Astros just got beat by the Braves so the Cards are the 2006 National League Central Division champions, despite their current 5-0 deficit to the Brewers!  No more stress til Tuesday.

Great move by Tony to save Carp and start Reyes, even if Reyes tanked.  We could have still pitched Carp tomorrow if need be, and now we wont have to, and we’ll have him for Game 1 of the division series.  The new season begins on Tuesday and we’re going to be a part of it!

Congrats again. You are right, it was a smart move by Tony to save Carpenter for the playoffs.
